Is there
sales tax on my U.S. order?
Michigan residents pay 6% sales tax.
Are there
Custom’s Duties/Import taxes/VAT on my international order?
Custom’s Fees, import
duties, taxes, VAT, and charges may be charged on your order. However, these fees are not
included in the item price or shipping charges and Animejems is not responsible for any of
these fees and charges.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine
what additional costs or fees will be prior to buying.
What kinds of payment are
accepted?
Animejems accepts Paypal and all major credit cards through Paypal.
How
do I know Animejems received my payment?
Animejems will send an email when payment
is received letting you know when your order will ship. If you do not receive an email
within 24 hours of payment, please check your spam folder and if there’s nothing there, please contact us and we will resend it.
Can
I pay with a Paypal e-Check?
Yes, however, Paypal e-checks take at least 5-7
business days to clear and orders will not ship until the e-check clears. Once the e-Check
clears, you will receive an email from Animejems with the shipping date. If you need your
item in a timely manner and want to use an e-Check, please factor in plenty of extra time.
What is a Business
Day?
Business days are Monday-Friday. Saturday and Sunday are not business days.
Are
layway or payment plans available?
Layaway and payment plans are not available.
I
don’t get paid for a few days, can you end a listing and hold the item for me?
No,
we will not end Storenvy, eBay, or listings on any site to hold items for any reason.
Will my item be packed
carefully?
Yes, careful packing is very important at Animejems. Orders will be
packed with any of the following: cardboard shipping boxes, bubble wrap, cardboard backing,
packing peanuts, padded mailers, or other packing materials.
Can
I use an Animejems coupon for my eBay order?
Coupons are only for use in Animejems Storenvy store. They cannot be used on
eBay purchases from Animejems.

Where does this store ship
from?
Animejems ships from the United States and operates on Eastern Standard Time
(EST).
Is
combined shipping available?
Yes, it is. Shipping is automatically combined at checkout
for all U.S. and International orders in the Animejems Storenvy store. For eBay, please
contact us for combined shipping costs.
How
will my order be shipped?
You have the option to choose from Standard (not available
for all items), Priority, or Express shipping during checkout.
When will my order
ship?
Orders ship within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment unless the next day
is a Sunday or Postal holiday.
- Shipping Schedule:
- Orders paid for by 3:30 p.m. EST
Monday-Friday ship the same day.
- Orders paid for by 10:30 a.m. EST on Saturday ship the
same day.
- Orders paid for on Sunday, after the cutoff times, or on Postal holidays ship
the following day.

How
do I know what time it is in EST so I don’t miss the cutoff?

Will my order ship right
away if I pay with a Paypal e-Check?

order has not arrived yet, what should I do?
If your order has not arrived in 20
days for the U.S. or 30 days for International, please contact us. We are able to open a
trace on U.S. and International orders after 30 days. Once the results of the trace are in,
we will proceed accordingly.
What are the cutoff dates
for placing orders for Christmas delivery?

what dates you need to place orders by in time for Christmas delivery.
In
December how long will it for a gift order take to arrive?
For gifts purchased
during December, Priority, Express, International Priority, or International Express mail
is recommended for timely, but not guaranteed, arrival. During December, items shipped
first class, media mail, parcel post, and International first class take longer than usual
to arrive and may not arrive by Christmas. The Post Office receives a high volume during
the holiday season and gives priority to items sent Express and Priority Mail.
How
can I choose U.S. or International Priority or Express shipping?
Priority and
Express options are available at checkout for all domestic and international orders. See
the U.S. or International shipping estimates below or the Christmas delivery cutoff times
and choose which option best suits your needs.

Free Signature Confirmation is
included on all United States orders totalling $250 or more. If you need Signature
Confirmation on an order totalling less that $250, please contact us to make arrangements to
add it.
How can I track my U.S. order?
Go to USPS
tracking and input the Delivery Confirmation number. If you did not receive an email
from Paypal with a Delivery Confirmation number, please contact us and we will resend the
information.

you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes, we ship internationally. Please see

Are
there customs fees/import duties/taxes on my order?
Custom’s Fees, import duties,
taxes, VAT, and charges may be charged on your order. These fees are not included in the
item price or shipping charges. These fees and charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Delivery Confirmation available on First Class packages for my country?
Free
Delivery Confirmation is available on First-Class Package International Service orders to

Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Latvia,
Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Singapore,
Spain, and Switzerland.

If
Delivery Confirmation is unavailable, can I track my International First Class
order?
First Class packages without delivery confirmation can sometimes be tracked
by putting the Custom’s Number in at USPS Tracking. If
that does not work, then tracking is not available for the package.
What is this store’s return
and exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the wrong item
was sent (for instance, you receive a Jem doll instead of the Sailor Moon figure you
ordered), we will pay for return shipping and also the shipping costs to send the correct
item.
